Start with a useful baseline.
Before making a long timetable, try a small mixed set from an previous-year paper. Work independently, record your time and mark questions you skipped. The point is to understand your starting position.
For each subject, ask: Which ideas can I explain? Which problems can I solve without help? Where am I losing time? Use those answers to choose the next week’s work.
Use a repeatable study cycle.
Learn one connected idea
Read the relevant text, work through examples and explain why each step is valid.
Practise without the solution
Attempt a short set at a suitable difficulty. Finish your reasoning before checking answers.
Repair the gap
Identify whether an error came from a concept, calculation, interpretation or memory gap.
Return after a gap
Test the idea again and mix it with earlier topics. Keep what you can now retrieve independently.
An example weekly rhythm

Biology
Use diagrams, comparisons and process explanations. Test whether you can recall and connect details without rereading.
Chemistry
Connect the reason behind a reaction or trend with numerical practice and careful use of conditions.
Mathematics
Write complete solutions. Review the first point where you could not proceed and practise the missing prerequisite.
Physics
Start with a model or diagram. Keep track of assumptions, units and what the result should mean.
When you begin full papers
Follow the paper’s instructions and use an uninterrupted timed session when practical. Review the attempt in detail before moving on to another paper. Track accuracy and decisions, not just a total score.
Progress should be visible in your work. A useful sign is being able to solve a previously difficult type independently and explain why the method works.
Keep the resource list focused.
Use the official syllabus, your core textbooks and official past papers as an organised starting set. Add a new resource when you can name the specific gap it will address.
